I had three children in four years. I was doing everything “right”. I tried Whole30, keto, elimination diets and still didn’t recognize myself in the mirror.
My confidence was gone. My energy was depleted. Motherhood didn’t feel the way I’d envisioned it.
It wasn’t until I stopped chasing the next diet and started actually learning what my body specifically needed that everything changed.
I built muscle. I lost fat. I discovered a confidence I didn’t know I had and it changed how I showed up for my family.
But there’s more to my story than that...
my story

I lost my dad to sudden cardiac arrest when I was 22. No warning. No second chances. That loss rewired how I understand time it is not guaranteed, and every day we have the ability to move our bodies and choose what we put in them is a gift.
My mother was diagnosed with MS when I was born. For 37 years I watched her lose independence inch by inch. Today, she is bed-bound and I am one of her primary caregivers. That is not a scare tactic. That is my reality and it’s why I refuse to let another mom wait until something is taken from her before she decides to fight for her health.
You don’t have to have my story to feel the urgency. You just have to look at your kids and know that you want to be there fully, energetically, joyfully, for every single moment.

When a mom gets healthy and truly healthy, not just lighter something shifts in her entire household. Her kids watch her prioritize herself.
They see what discipline looks like. They learn that the body is worth caring for. That is the legacy I’m building one client at a time.
I’m also a pastor’s wife and a woman of deep faith. I don’t believe caring for your body is vain or selfish. I believe it is one of the most profound acts of stewardship you can offer to God, your family, and yourself.
That’s what Crave Wellness is built on not before-and-after photos, not aesthetics, but women who are thriving in their calling because they finally stopped putting themselves last.
